Resource Hacker is a free resource extraction utility developed by Angus Johnson for Windows. It is used to modify and replace static resources within Windows binaries such as strings, icons, pictures or dialog. Modification of properties like the Version Info table is also possible. The Resource Hacker also has a variety of command line options. There are some re-distribution restrictions with Resource Hacker although it is used by several programs. The Res Hacker Project is a resource viewer and compiler.
